Hello, my name is Abigail White!

I’m so excited to have you here! I am a licensed personal trainer and have a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I have an extreme passion for fitness and bodybuilding. I have been seriously training for a year and a half and have learned so much about the sport that I can pass on to you. My goal is to inspire and instill a level of discipline that you will be able to apply to many aspects of life, not just the gym.
